Ezy-Mark®
For less than 2% of your daily
drilling costs, Ezy-Mark® orientated
drill core delivers better geological
information on the strike, dip and
plunge of the rock fabric being explored.
Ezy-Mark® can achieve this more accurately
and rapidly from fewer boreholes than
any other orientation method in use
today.

optional auditable footprint record
of the bottom of the borehole in the
core tray.
COST EFFECTIVE: Ezy-Mark® orientated
drill core will allow auditable 3D
reconstruction of the rock structure
from fewer boreholes and without delays
to drill productivity for less than
2% of daily drilling costs.
AUDITABLE: An auditor prefers
to randomly check at least 5% of all
orientated core to prepare an Australian
Joint Ore Reserves Committee (JORC),
Canadian NI 43-101 compliant or similar
standard statement. The Ezy-Mark® system when used in conjunction with
the patented Ori-Block attachments
uniquely allows such compliance with
confidence. Ezy-Mark® achieves this
by providing the worlds first footprint
record of each orientation in the
core tray for future audits as well
as the ability to grade the accuracy
of each orientation via the Ori-Grading
procedure.
RELIABILITY: With over 1,000,000
orientations successfully completed
throughout the world, many in harsh
environmental conditions, Ezy-Mark® has a field proven track record of
reliability.
ACCURATE: Simple data transfer
of the 3 independent orientations
from the Ezy-Mark® tool to the core
sample reduces operator error with
a maximum deviation of 2.5.
ROBUST: The Ezy-Mark® is shock
resistant and does not require calibration,
withstanding most drilling operational
conditions.
CORE CAN BE ORIENTATED OFF-SITE:
Ezy-Mark® is quick and easy to reload.
The handheld core cradle eliminates
the need to level the core sample
for orientation and when used in conjunction
with the patented Ori-Blockｮ attachment
there is no need for on-site core
orientation by the drill operator.
VERSATILITY: There is no limit
on the core barrel length or type
(conventional or wireline) that can
be used with Ezy-Mark® system. Each
version of the Ezy-Mark® tool is also
compatible with a variety of core
barrel sizes. Virtually any hole angle
(up or down hole) or ground condition/type
(soft, broken or competent) can be
orientated confidently with Ezy-Mark®.
TRAINING & SUPPORT: Ezy-Mark® is very easy to use and is supplied
with a comprehensive operator manual/CD.
On-site training (if required), usually
only takes one or two core runs.
