FRG40 Running Gear specially designed for GyroSmart™
It is important to note that the GyroSmart® will not operate accurately without the DHS FRG40 Running Gear.
FRG40 running gear has been specifically designed for GyroSmart.
It has the following properties:-
• 40mm OD provides additional strength
• Manufactured from quality brass and marine grade aluminium
• CNC machines precisely manufacture each component
• Engineering drawings ensure each component fits precisely
• New design in threads reduce risk of unscrewing downhole
• New Battery end cap design ensures GyroSmart is held locked in place
• A bottom sub internal pressure plate maintains force on GyroSmart improving shock survival ability
• Bottom shock sub has double the spring length improving shock resistance
• Top hanging sub has been fitted with extension and compression dampener.
• Barrel length and Aluminium spacer rod has been shortened allowing easier transportation
• New spear head assembly has been added allowing GyroSmart to be run on drillers overshot assembly.
Your FRG 40 Running Gear is covered by this Worldwide Warranty of Material and Workmanship issued by DHS. The warranty covers defects in Running Ger and parts caused by faulty design, faulty material, or poor workmanship. It covers only those defects that appear within the 12-month Warranty period that starts from the date on which the product or part is delivered to the first user.
