- PVC Cased Holes
In some cases it
may be more practical to case the holes
with PVC and have us directional
survey at the end of a program.
This is a very cost-effective method for
remote areas or sites where geophysical
logging is also a requirement.
Recommendations:
1 - Ensure the PVC casing is suspended
at the collar. Do not let it lay on the
bottom of the hole.
2 - Use 50mm and the higher class rating
the better.
Prior to any surveying in PVC Cased Holes,
our operations use a dummy tool to check
depth and that their are no kinks.
